Role Overview


Sodexo is hiring for a Retail Manager 3 for Lahey Hospital in Burlington, MA . In this role you will lead a team of hourly associates and work Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to handle weekend rotational coverage as needed. The Lahey Hospital & Medical Center, formerly known as the Lahey Clinic, is a physician-led nonprofit teaching hospital of UMass Chan Medical School.

What You'll Do


  • have oversight of day-to-day operations for all food retail areas
  • deliver high quality food service while engaging with customers
  • be a hands-on leader and a team player
  • provide excellent customer service – leading a team while maintaining a clean, safe environment;
  • lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes
  • train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and operation standards

Qualifications & Requirements


Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
